We may use a third party service provider, independent contractors, agencies, or consultants to deliver and help us improve the Hoop Services. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements contained therein.
In order to process your data and transform it into actionable tasks, Hoop will send text or transcribed audio snippets to OpenAI's servers. Hoop does not send any other information than the minimum necessary information set to reasonably detect tasks. There is no way for OpenAI to associate that information with your account.
Data submitted and responses received are not used to fine-tune or improve OpenAI's models or service. Data requests sent to OpenAI are transferred individually, over SSL encrypted services, to process and are then sent back to Hoop.

In the case of messaging data received in connection with your usage of Slack, messages and related data are kept for a maximum of three days, before such data is removed from our systems. Links back to original messages are retained, though authorization via Slack is required to follow such links.
